Hiring Process

Our recruiting team will contact you, and we’ll schedule an interview with one of our technical leads associated with your area of engineering. Based upon your skill-set, desired work, and career aspirations, we will help you identify available opportunities.

Your recruiter will work closely with the program manager for contract acceptance while working hand-in-hand with the Security team for clearance transfer. Our rigorous process ensures nothing falls through the cracks.

After the interview, the technical lead will work with our staffing team to identify a position that’s best-suited for you. You can expect to hear from us within 24 hours following the initial interview. Often, this will include a contingent offer of employment.
