Hiring Process
Contact:
Our recruiting team will contact you, and we’ll schedule an interview with one of our technical leads associated with your area of engineering. Based upon your skill-set, desired work, and career aspirations, we will help you identify available opportunities.
Acceptance:
Your recruiter will work closely with the program manager for contract acceptance while working hand-in-hand with the Security team for clearance transfer. Our rigorous process ensures nothing falls through the cracks.
Interview:
After the interview, the technical lead will work with our staffing team to identify a position that’s best-suited for you. You can expect to hear from us within 24 hours following the initial interview. Often, this will include a contingent offer of employment.
Start Date:
Once a start date has been confirmed with the Security team, you can expect to hear from Human Resources.
Internship Program
We offer internships to undergraduate and graduate students who are earning a degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, and Electrical Engineering. We’re dedicated to providing each intern with a challenging experience that pushes them outside of their comfort zone and broadens their knowledge. Each intern works with a mentor who is an expert in the field they are studying or researching.
Interns work on projects that give them the opportunity to support us by solving real-world problems. They develop software that contributes to current needs as they learn agile methodologies, equipping them with relevant experience for their careers.
